REGIS Online has over 95 thousand active listings. Listing data is provided by Resimplifi.
Where are the active listings sourced?
Resimplifi sources many publicly available sources in order to provide a comprehensive view of the available listings in all 50 states.
How often are active listings updated?
Active listings are updated in the early morning. On average about 2,000 listings are updated and 200 new listings are added each day.
What data is available for each active listing?
All listing data is publicly available, and not all information is available for each listing, depending on what the listing has included.
The following data points are available for each listing, name, address, status, type, price or lease rate, available square feet or acres, building square feet, available spaces, lease structure, year built, days on market, listing company, source, and last updated date.
Can I search active listings with demographic filters?
Yes! By using the GIS tools available in REGIS Online, you can layer active listings alongside demographic, psychographic, and any other provided data type.

Can I find triple net (NNN) lease terms with REGIS Online?
Yes! REGIS Online includes lease structure details for listings — including triple net (NNN), modified gross, and full service leases.
